Can I use another product in the Tineco?

We recommend using clean water or adding a capful of Tineco solution to the clean water tank to ensure the cleaning effect. Tineco solution uses low-foaming technology, so it will not leave much foam/marks on the floor while ensuring the cleaning effect. Other solutions may cause the machine's sensors to malfunction, leading to false alarms. Using other solutions may affect the warranty; if you accidentally add other solutions, please add only clean water to the clean water tank, then turn on the machine and run a self-cleaning cycle 3 to 5 times to rinse the internal hose of the machine, and finally restart the machine to see if the problem is resolved.
